Axon provides permanent support to entrepreneurs who seek our advice to start their business. The program is workshops based with the aim of identifying and assessing business strategies and growth, designed to bring forward and develop schemes to facilitate the definition of action plans and capital and funding requirements.
Program Objective: Develop a business plan and a financing scheme in which Axon Capital and founders agree to run their operations and financing activities.
To whom is it addressed? To entrepreneurs seeking Axon Capital as their financial partner and in which Axon considers relatively good. Those are projects where we see an interesting potential to exceed the preliminary screening criterias that our company has established, but who require a corporate reorientation in terms of clear organizational aspects, its business, or its financing needs.
How does it work? Sometimes entrepreneurs are too focused on their own idea of the company, which prevents them from seeing the potential, possibilities for expansion, the way to structure their capital and so on. In other cases, they may not have the experience in organizing and launching a business based on a good idea and a technology. The program consists of a series of meetings, as needed, to develop conceptually the full potential of the company or project. The meetings are organized on the basis of any open issues perceived by the entrepreneur and Axon.
